NYC College Essay Coach & Creative Writer
College essays are all about connections.
Whether thatβs how a love of crafting connects to family heritage and methods of learning; how a revelatory experience at a BeyoncΓ© concert changes how one encounters oneβs identity and race; or how blending English and Arabic words becomes a symbol for oneβs separation from and belonging to two distinct cultures.
(For my own college essay, it was how this quote by E.M. Forster from Howards End helped me understand physics through a passion for guitar.)
I help students connect their passions to their prose to write creative, original, memorable personal statements.

As any college advisor will tell you, itβs your application as a whole that determines your acceptanceβ¦ but the essay is your chance to show your personality through your voice in a way no other part of the process can. I canβt promise that the essay will be the deciding factor, but I can promise that Iβll do my best to help you tell your story.
